Description (Service) Program offers exercise classes to community members 55+ who wish to improve their strength, balance and flexibility, regardless of current physical ability * SMART exercise program is available in many Retirement Homes and community locations in North Simcoe Muskoka  
Falls Prevention: 
Exercise programs are designed to increase strength and balance and reduce the risk of a fall * a mini falls risk assessment and home hazard assessment are also offered

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Exercise Classes: time arranged between the volunteer and person signing up for classes
Areas Served Barrie - and area ; Collingwood ; Innisfil - the part of Innisfil that is in NSM LHIN ; Midland ; Muskoka District ; Orillia - and area ; Penetanguishene ; Wasaga Beach
Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
Residents of North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network, 55 yrs and older
Application Referral - self * referral from caregiver, NSM LHIN, Home and Community Care program , physician, nurse practitioner, physiotherapist, Veterans Affairs Canada, hospital, etc.
