Description (Service) This is not a 24-hour crisis service. Persons requesting service will be contacted within two business days of calling.

COVID-19 Response Due to COVID-19, the following changes have been made:
  • Catulpa CSS employees will virtually, contact your local Site Coordinator as listed below and someone from the team will return your call
  • Catulpa CSS employees will work remotely from locations outside of regular office sites
  • Face-to-face meetings are curtailed and will be completed by telephone or virtual meeting
  • Some CAPC programs are running virtually, contact your local Site Coordinator as listed below and someone from the team will return your call

Note that The APSW Adult Social Group has been momentarily paused as a result of COVID-19. Catulpa Community Support Services remains open and all other services and programs remain in effect in a modified manner.

Regular Service Crisis Response Network Coordination provides support to youth or adults age eighteen or older, with a dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental health needs or challenging behaviour, experiencing a crisis. Dual Diagnosis is defined as a co-existing developmental disability and mental health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

Youth age sixteen and older, with a dual diagnosis, who are involved with the justice system may be eligible to receive up to four months of case management support to assist them within the legal services.

Youth and Adults with a dual diagnosis (developmental disability and mental health need and/or challenging behaviour). Referral - self, Referral - professional, Referral - family.
