Description (Service) Medical clinic focused on family and community health. Nurse practitioners work with collaborating physicians, registered nurses, social workers and registered dietitians to assess and treat non-life threatening injuries or illnesses

  • smoking cessation 
  • counseling  
  • well baby/prenatal 
  • medication management 
  • monitoring and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, and heart disease 
  • student health outreach 
  • nurse health promotion 
  • falls prevention program for older persons

Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Wed 8 am-6 pm for acute care * hours may vary

Eligibility Registered Patients only * new patients must call to register with the clinic first * check website to see if taking new patients
