Apartment with 80 units providing supportive housing for elderly requiring some assistance with activities of daily living

70 1-bedroom units and 10 2-bedroom units
provides rent geared to income units in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care guidelines for Ontario
Support services include:
- 24 hour emergency response
- dining services
- personal care
- laundry
- housekeeping
- recreational and social programs
- spiritual care
- Residents must purchase a monthly support service package which includes a number of meals and a user fee for personal support services, as well as an emergency response service
