Description (Service) Apartment with 80 units providing supportive housing for elderly requiring some assistance with activities of daily living  
  • 70 1-bedroom units and 10 2-bedroom units 
  • provides rent geared to income units in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care guidelines for Ontario 
  • Support services include: 
    • 24 hour emergency response  
    • dining services 
    • personal care 
    • laundry 
    • housekeeping 
    • recreational and social programs 
    • spiritual care 
    • Residents must purchase a monthly support service package which includes a number of meals and a user fee for personal support services, as well as an emergency response service
 
Has an historical association with the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekah Assembly of Ontario  
  • Part of the 'Aging in Place' program of the NSM Home and Community Care to prevent premature admission to a Long Term Care Home 
  • Member of the OLTCA (Ontario Long Term Care Association) 
  • Member of ONPHA (Ontario Non Profit Housing Association) 
  • Member of North Simcoe Muskoka Community Support Services Coalition
