Description (Service) | Good-to-Go Pay-What-You-Can Meal Program Offers weekly meal kits that are planned, shopped, and ready to cook with easy-to-follow instructions. Emphasizes plant based foods and sources as much organic and local food as possible. Anyone can order as often as they please and most meals can be modified to accommodate dietary restrictions. There is a suggested donation of $15 per kit for those who would like to contribute financially, but offering volunteer time or recipes are also welcome contributions. Emergency Meal Kits Provides three different Emergency Meal Kits containing only non-perishable items that can make an entire meal. These kits will be spaghetti, dahl and tuna noodle casserole. Available for people unable to get to The Meeting Place during regular food bank hours. They will be available anytime staff are at The Meeting Place. Produced to increase food security in Tobermory. |
