Description (Service) | Provides financial assistance to low-to-moderate income households needing upgrades for safety, energy efficiency or accessibility. Provides up to $15,000 per household in 10-year forgivable loans, and up to $5,000 grants for households needing accessibility upgrades. Eligible repairs could include:

Eligibility | Total household income of $75,000 or less and own a home in Bruce County that is your sole and principal residence with a market value of $340,000 or less. In need of repair, energy or accessibility upgrades. All property taxes and mortgage payments must be up to date and insurance coverage in place for the full value of the home. |
