Description

Description (Service) Promotes public understanding and knowledge of the natural heritage in the Lake Huron shoreline area. Works to preserve wildlife and its natural habitat.

Members with similar interests work together on activities such as:
  • building, maintaining and protecting natural habitats and bird houses
  • participating in local bird counts and butterfly counts
  • partnering with local conservation and stewardship organizations on various projects including tree planting and shoreline clean-ups
