| Description (Service) | Offers confidential mediation services as a low cost, less time-consuming alternative to the need for lawyers and court appearances Offers the following services: * Family Law Mediation/Arbitration - An alternative dispute resolution process for high-conflict separation, divorce, simple no-contest separations and co-parenting couples * Provides guidance for child support, spousal support, special & extraordinary expense calculations and scheduling of parenting time * Estate Mediation: Mediates potential conflict and assists with settling of an estate in a timely, peaceful manner * Parent-Teen Mediation: Aids when risky behavior, substance abuse, truancy have become a safety issue and the parent-teen relationship has broken down, reaching a point that one cannot be placed on a wait list for Family Therapy Services Satellite offices in Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Hanover, and Tara |
