Description

Description (Service)

Provides services and supports to children and adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities to effectively participate in their community. Focus is on community inclusion in all aspects of community life.

Services include:

Community Participation Supports - provides employment, vocational and community access support to adults with a variety of activities including:

full or part-time employment
leisure and volunteer opportunities
assistance with routine errands such as groceries and mail pick up

Community Living Supports - provides individualized support to adults who live independently or in small households. Services may include:

assistance of support workers for specific requirements such as medical appointments, banking, groceries
daily direct assistance
or full support for personal care

Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served	Bruce County ; Grey County ; Grey County - south half
Eligibility	Individuals with confirmation of a developmental disability
