  • Provides health promotion and prevention services to community members  
  • Provides health education and advocacy for clients with health-related issues
Offers the following programs and services for adults, children and families:  
  • Chronic disease management  
  • Communicable disease control  
  • Home visits  
  • Healthy eating and nutrition through community kitchen sessions  
  • Health education workshops such as parenting, youth nights, ladies day and nutrition bingos 
  • Prenatal and postnatal teaching  
  • Well baby clinics
