Description (Service)	Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services Maintains a Public Works garage Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including: Road and bridge maintenance Landscaping and community beautification Street lighting Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment plant Repairs and maintenance of public buildings Snow removal Upkeep of public spaces and grounds Oversees the Wasauksing Waste Transfer Site Capital Planning Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning Assists with residential lot development plans

Public Comments	Tribal Council: Waabnoong Bemjiwang Association of First Nations (WBAFN) Political Territorial Organization: Union of Ontario Indians (UOI) Robinson-Huron Treaty NOTE: Water Treatment Plant after hours emergencies call 705-203-0555 or 705-774-1836 Most homes are served by the Wasauksing Water Treatment Plant either through the water distribution system or by truck to fill cisterns for homes that are not located near a waterline Some homes and all the leased cottage lots obtain water from the lake and/or private wells Wastewater treatment is through individual septic fields Public Works maintains approx 41.2 km of paved/gravel/dirt roads
