Description (Service) Violence Against Women Services: 
     
  • Crisis Lines: Crisis telephone lines, and text line remains available 24/7
    •  
  • Emergency Shelter: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the 24/7 emergency shelter services remain open for women and children fleeing partner abuse  
    •  
  • Housing: The Transitional Housing Worker continues to support clients to find long term housing
    •  
  • Counselling: Supportive Counselling services are available virtually to shelter clients
    •  
  • Second Stage Residential Housing Program: This service remains available to families
    •  
  • Clinical Counselling:  Support is now available to shelter and outreach clients
    •  
  • Child and Youth Programs: These are available to shelter and second stage clients
    •  
  • Outreach Services: Workshops, and Educational Groups  are available weekly
    •  
  • Family Court Support: Clients who separate from their partners are assisted with the family court process  
    •

Hours Shelter/ Crisis Line: Mon-Sun 24 hours 
Outreach Services: Mon – Fri 9 am-5 pm
