Description (Service) | COVID-19 During the COVID-19 pandemic, the shelter remains open * No in-person counselling; counselling is done via phone * All meetings are done using Zoom Provides 24 hour crisis services for victims of abuse: this includes physically, emotionally and/or sexually abused women and their children Services include: an emergency shelter * second stage housing * crisis telephone line * counselling * child and youth programs * workshop groups * referral services and public education services * family court support, hospital, or police accompaniment may be possible Also helps clients to identify long term housing |
