Description (Service) | Provides programs, services and supports to assist adults with visible and invisible disabilities to live independently in the community. These diverse disabilities include physical, emotional, sensory and intellectual. Creates opportunities for people to gain self-confidence, take initiative and make their own choices. Referral to other community services. Provides a wide range of independent living skills programs, peer support activities, services and supports, resources and referrals across Simcoe, Grey and Bruce Counties. Programs
