The Collingwood Museum is housed in The Station, Collingwood's former railway headquarters, designed in the spirit of the 1873 rail station. Museum exhibits focus on the history, growth and development of the town of Collingwood, with particular emphasis on marine, shipping and rail transportation and local history.

The Museum Gift Shop retails books, clothing and small gift items.

Activities include assorted seasonal events and other educational programs.

Annual memberships are available. Researchers are welcome by appointment.

Offers day programs for children on PA days, March Break and during the summer.

Hours Fall-Spring (Labour day until May long weekend): Tue-Sat 10 am-4 pm
Summer (May long weekend to Labour Day): Mon-Sat 10 am-4 pm

Eligibility No restrictions for museum; children's programming for ages 6-12 years.
