Description (Service) Personal support worker providing service in long term care facilities, retirement homes and individuals own home.  
 
Services include: 
* airport transfer 
* activities of daily living (such as bathing, toileting) 
* meal preparation 
* feeding 
* colostomy care 
* ileostomy care 
* light housekeeping (for clients receiving personal care only) 
* transportation for errands, outings and medical appointments (will travel to Muskoka and Toronto) - will accompany to appointment if required 
* vacation accompaniment
