Description (Service) | An eight week in-person program for parents suffering from mood changes after the birth of a baby. Meet other new parents experiencing mood changes. Discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself. Facilitated by a Mental Health professional. Child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babes in arms. A program of Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital in partnership with the EarlyON Child and Family Centre - Midland and North Simcoe Family Health Team. |
