TTY users can simply dial 7-1-1 for all directory assistance listings (Local, National, U.S., Overseas and Toll-Free). The same charges outlined below will apply. |

Fees | Service ; Local, National, U.S. and Toll Free directory assistance calls are charged a $3.50 fee to the callers phone bill unless you have requested an exemption such as for vision or hearing impaired. Using TTY International and Overseas directory assistance calls are subject to a separate charge. Charges will appear on your phone bill. You may charge directory assistance calls to your Bell Calling Card or to a third number. You may also charge directory assistance calls to a major credit card if you're calling from a specially-equipped payphone. Call is free for eligiblie individuals with accessibility needs, including seniors. They are required to register with their service provider in order for the charges to be eliminated from their phone bills. A maximum free limit may apply depending on provider. |
