Description
Description (Service) Promotes the welfare of active and retired Canadian public safety personnel diagnosed with an operational stress injury, including post-traumatic stress.

Provides a national resource hub of licensed trauma informed therapists, crisis resources, training opportunities (including suicide prevention), self-care resources and peer-led group support programs across Canada for all first responders. 
 
Facilitates online peer support and psycho-education that promotes health, wellness, hope, growth and recovery. 
 
Workshops or peer support, custom designed for your organizational needs, are offered online. Contact for more details. 
 
Brochures are available, describing programs, organizations and resources, via the website. Wallet card listing signs of post-traumatic stress are available.
