Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response Due to the Pandemic, the After Baby Group will be help virtually using the virtual video conferencing platform called ‘Zoom’. To register complete the registration at https://www.chigamik.ca/blog/event/after-baby-group. Once registered, you will be emailed consent forms to complete electronically (instructions found within the email).You will receive an email 24 hours prior to the session date with a zoom access link and instructions. Regular Service An eight week program for Indigenous parents suffering from mood changes after the birth of a baby * meet other new parents experiencing mood changes * discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself * facilitated by a Mental Health professional * child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babies in arms For information about upcoming sessions contact Jaime Charlebois at Orillia Soldier's Memorial Hospital, 705-325-2201, ext 3544 A program of Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital in partnership with the Chigamik Community Health Centre |
