Description

Description (Service) Provides spiritual, material, and humanitarian support at the point of need. Places spiritual emphasis on social needs in the community.

Services include:
  • Sunday Worship Services. Blend of traditional and contemporary music.
  • Women's Group
  • Pastoral counselling, visits to hospitals and nursing homes
  • Emergency relief in food through the Community and Family Service's food banks (see separate listing) and clothing through the thrift stores (see separate listing). Call 705 445-9222
Kettle campaign run every Christmas where donations are collected from the community. Local businesses can request their own kettle to collect money on behalf of the Salvation Army. Volunteers are needed to help with this campaign.

Hours Office: Mon-Wed 9 am-4 pm, Thu 9 am-1 pm, Fri 9 am-noon.
Worship service: Sunday 11 am
Food donations are accepted from Mon-Thu 1 pm-3:30 pm
Women's Group: Mon 1 pm.
