Description
Description (Service) | Provides housing and support to adults with serious mental illnesses and addictions. Services include apartment and outreach programs, rent-geared to income residential programs and various group service programs with a focus on decreasing social isolation and promoting strengths and skill development. Apartment Program - rent subsidies and outreach support for people living with a serious mental illness, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who need and can benefit from housing and outreach support services
