Description (Service)

Provides the flu shot to all residents with a valid health card at the following locations:

Wasaga Beach - at the COVID Assessment Centre in the parking lot behind the RecPlex, 1724 Mosley St
Collingwood in the parking lot behind the Collingwood Legion, 490 Ontario St
Stayner - at the Stayner Medical Centre Clinic, 7477 Highway #26 - for rostered patients of doctors at this clinic
Creemore - at the Creemore Clinic, 15 Elizabeth St E, Suite 1 - for rostered patients of doctors at this clinic

The South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre (14 Ramblewood Dr, Unit 202, Wasaga Beach) will also be offering regular and high dose flu shots to their clients by appointment. Call 705-422-1888.

Hours	Appointments begin Nov 2, 2020 Wasaga Beach: Mon-Fri 9 am-1 pm, Sat 9 am-3 pm Collingwood: Nov 2-6 ,2020 - 9 am-1 pm Nov 7, 2020 - 9 am-3 pm Starting Nov 9 onward - Mon-Fri 12 noon-5 pm, Sat 9 am-3 pm Stayner: Nov 5, 12, 2020 - 8 am-8 pm, Nov 19, 2020 10 am-4 pm Creemore: Nov 5,6,12, 13 - 2 pm-5 pm
