| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response During the COVID 19 Pandemic, the South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre (SGBCHC) continues to offer virtual and in-person appointments for specific services along with online programs (see other listing for information on SGBCHCs services for clients). Regular Service Provides free community programs that offer resources to help address social barriers affecting the health of the communities (such as social isolation, chronic disease, unemployment, low income, food insecurity, obesity, and poor health and lifestyle choices) and generate long-term, sustainable improvements for the better health of our community. Current programs include:
Community members are encouraged to participate at the SGBCHC by becoming a volunteer or applying to become a board member. Email info@sgbchc.ca for more information. |
