| Application | Call, walk in or fill out the Online Request for Service Form To book a Counselling or Support and Navigation session individuals may book online themselves by filling out either the Counselling Intake Form, or the Support & Navigation Intake Form, call in to book or if assistance is required youth may call 2-1-1 and request support to complete the appropriate online intake form. |
