| Description (Service) | Provides care for patients with physical or mental health concerns who reside in South Georgian Bay who do not have access to a local family doctor or nurse practitioner. Patients will be seen by the nurse practitioner. Due to the limited number of appointments available at this clinic, concerns that require extensive follow-up will not be seen. |
