| Description (Service) | COVID-19 ResponseThe Day Program has resumed a modified Day Treatment Program as of Jun 15, 2020 reflecting COVID 19 Social Distancing and Isolation practices * The modified program has smaller group numbers, 10 day program length and only open to clients who will be require to stay in the Supportive Stabilization Beds of the Withdrawal Management Program * Contact an Addiction Counsellor in the Program for the most up-to-date requirements of the program Regular Service: Outpatient day program offers assessment, referral, treatment and follow-up services to people with addiction related problems in a group setting * program runs on weekdays for three weeks * provides individual therapy focusing on relapse prevention through new skills development and positive life changes Also offers: * supportive stabilization beds: a limited number of beds for clients who require housing while in program * relapse prevention group: offers a follow-up group at the end of the program one evening each week for four weeks |
