| Description (Service) | Literacy, numeracy and essential skills upgrading services to assist clients in transitioning to employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education or personal independence. Offers online services through live classes (scheduled for a specific date and time) and anytime learning courses (available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week).
