| Description (Service) | Coordinates activities for those interested in arts and crafts. Some members are qualified instructors in various arts and crafts. Annually SCACA presents a variety of workshops featuring local artisans as instructors so that members and guests have a chance to try different crafts and learn new techniques. Hosts the annual Celebration of Arts & Crafts the first Sat in March at the Simcoe County Museum. A day with demonstrations by all the craft guilds in the area and also vendors, see website for more information. Simcoe County Quilt, Rug and Artisan Fair is held annually the last full weekend in September at the Simcoe County Museum. |
