Description (Service) Provides respite care:
  • Alzheimer's support
  • palliative support
  • bereavement support
  • home care services including:

    Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
    • mobility assistance - transfers
    • dressing
    • walks
    • assistance with physiotherapy (as set out by a professional physiotherapist)

    Bathing Assistance:
    • tub transfers
    • washing
    • foot care (basic foot care only)
    • shaving
    • grooming
    • hair trim
    • nail filing

    Homemaking help:
    • laundry
    • shopping and errands
    • meal preparation
    • accompany to appointment 
    • respite
Provided by a Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) with first aid training.
