| Description (Service) | Military training base for service personnel from all across Canada * base supports several military training establishments and a variety of other military and civilian organizations located on the base including: Canadian Forces Support Training Group (CFSTG) - Trains and educates CAF members in trades that support our men and women in front line Sea, Land and Air occupations, such as cooks, financial clerks, logisticians, engineers, firefighters, and nuclear, biological and chemical technicians. CFB Borden is also home to the Blackdown Cadet Training Centre. The public and non-defence agencies may be provided access to certain training programs and assest held by the CFSTG |
