Description (Service)

Provides comfort and support to clients and their families who face a life-threatening illness or bereavement.

Services include:

one-on-one volunteer support
social programs
caregiver support
bereavement support
training and education
library
legacy writing
breast cancer mentorship program - survivor meets with someone recently diagnosed
art therapy
therapeutic yoga

Services are available throughout Dufferin County in the home, hospital or in our facility. Hospice Dufferin services are provided by trained volunteers and supported by staff.
