Service: Community Hospice

Description (Service) Provides comfort and support to clients and their families who face a life-threatening illness or bereavement.

Services include:
  • one-on-one volunteer support 
  • social programs 
  • caregiver support 
  • bereavement support 
  • training and education 
  • library
  • legacy writing 
  • breast cancer mentorship program - survivor meets with someone recently diagnosed 
  • art therapy
  • therapeutic yoga
Services are available throughout Dufferin County in the home, hospital or in our facility. Hospice Dufferin services are provided by trained volunteers and supported by staff.
