Description (Service) Nationwide service is a partnership between MedicAlert Foundation Canada and the Alzheimer Society of Canada * aims to help identify a person with dementia who is lost and assist them to safely return home 
Individuals with dementia or caregivers can voluntarily subscribe to the MedicAlert service and wear an identification bracelet * if the person goes missing or is found wandering, police or other first responders can quickly access information about the person
