Description
Description (Service) | Nationwide service is a partnership between MedicAlert Foundation Canada and the Alzheimer Society of Canada. Helps identify a person with dementia who is lost and assist them to safely return home Individuals with dementia or caregivers can voluntarily subscribe to the MedicAlert service and wear an identification bracelet. If the person goes missing or is found wandering, police or other first responders can quickly access information about the person Call for more information |
