| Description (Service) | Responsible for fire safety within the Town of Grand Valley, Township of Amaranth and Township of East Garafraxa. Performs rescue services and responds to fires, motor vehicle incidents, medical emergencies, utility emergencies and carbon monoxide alarms. Offers fire and life safety public education programs throughout the community including preschool and grade school fire safety, senior fire safety, workplace fire safety and fire extinguisher use. |
