YU Chat - Provides support and a listening ear from youth workers and volunteers to teenagers through phone or online chat. Staff may help with crisis situations and connect teens and their families to local social services, mental health supports and local youth programming. YU Chat is not a suicide line but can help connect individuals to local suicide supports when needed. Call 1-800-991-8984 or visit www.yuchat.ca and click the chat widget to chat online. |
