Description (Service) Public library offers a range of programs including Kids' Place, Teen Zone, Library book clubs and Adult Programs.

Materials include:

  • DVD and BluRay movies and TV shows
  • Mango Languages through website - linguist-approved software teaches real conversations in over 60 languages in a fun way
  • Other onlines services including Linda.com and CreativeBug - visit website for more resource and detail on how to use
Facilities and services include:
  • computer access and wireless internet
  • photocopy, scan and fax service
  • projectors available for rent
  • meeting rooms for rent 
  • book delivery program
  • Seed Library - offers free seeds for gardeners to grow vegetables
  • Tech Centre - available to answer any tech related questions. Drop in with devices such as tablets, computers, e-readers, cell phones and cameras
  • Loan of fishing equipment and Pickle Ball Kits.
  • Loan of snow shoes (for winter months)
Service Details
Public Comments The Meaford Public Library will print vaccine receipts for free, but does not shrink or laminate the certificates.

The Meaford Public Library is now located at 11 Sykes St North.
Hours Library: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 10 am-5 pm; Tue, Thu 10 am-8 pm
Tech Centre: Mon-Fri 10 am-12 noon, by appointment
