Hours Port Elgin: Mon, Tue and Wed 8 am-4 pm * Fri 8 am-12 noon
Kincardine: By appointment on Mon and Thu 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Bruce County
Eligibility Ontario residents 18 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum
  • must have facility in English.
Application Call or email for information. In Port Elgin, walk-ins are permitted.
In Kincardine, call to make an appointment and for the address.
