Description

Description (Service) Provincial judge hears matters under Federal Statutes (such as Criminal Code of Canada, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act). Also deals with youth criminal justice matters.

Common criminal code offences include:
  • Assault
  • Impaired driving
  • Break and enter
  • Robbery
  • Uttering threats
  • Failure to comply with bail and/or probation
