Description (Service) COVID SERVICE CHANGE (August 2021) - Adult Day Programs are being offered virtually as well as on site with smaller groups of clients. For current information visit HERE

ADULT DAY PROGRAMS are for older adults and adults with special needs to maintain and promote independent living and community involvement. Activities include conversation, exercise, music, sing-a-longs, guest speakers, games, crafts, health information, outings and a hot noon meal

The Day Away Program is for people with Alzheimer Disease and related conditions. Activities include discussions on memory moments, visits and friendship, music exercise, crafts and games, local outings, cooking and other activities regarding daily living. Personal care and assistance with meals and snacks is provided

Other services may be provided including foot care, hydrotherapy, assisted bathing, therapy programs, weight monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, hairstyling, and whirlpool baths
