Description (Service) COVID-19 Response  
Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, the Hanover and Owen Sound offices are open with reduced hours for in-person service. Staff are working in person, in addition to assisting people via phone, text, email and Zoom. Call 519-371-9230 ext 5 or email 
Regular Service: 
Provides assistance finding a place to live in Bruce County. Serves youth and adults looking for a room, room and board, apartment or house rental. Maintains a housing registry that lists available accommodation. 
Where transportation is an issue, arrangements can be made to meet clients in their community 
Also offers assistance with Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) applications. Call Owen Sound office and ask to make an appointment, you will then be informed as to which documents are required.
