42 beds providing primary 'plus' acute services including telestroke, long-term, psychiatric, emergency and ambulatory care including renal dialysis, general surgery, prenatal obstetrics, diabetes, general surgery, and scopes. Huron County adult psychiatric unit including withdrawal services, outreach mental health and Addictions services across multiple sites.

Mental health service includes a regional eating disorder program, assessment and treatment of a range of acute psychiatric disturbances, alcohol and drug abuse and suicidal behavior, intensive case management, crisis response, seniors mental health, health teaching/education; support groups, social rehabilitation, and psychotherapy for individuals, families and groups.
