| Description (Service) | Monthly support groups are held in various communities: Clinton, Exeter, Goderich, Grand Bend, Listowel, Seaforth, St. Marys, Stratford, and Wingham. Information and discussion to help care partners and family to support individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. Additional groups are specific to care partners of a person living with dementia in long term care, and a bereavement support group for care partners who have lost a loved one in the dementia journey. Provides support services for client and care partner. |
