Rural Response for Healthy Children delivers the Community Action Plan for Children (CAPC) to families in Huron and Perth. Positive parenting programs, child education programs and activities that target families coping with transitions and life changes (first time parents, new children, separation, divorce, loss of a parent, job change, illness), children living in low income families, children living in teenage-parent families, children experiencing developmental delays, social, emotional or behavioural problems and abused/neglected children.Serve all Huron and Perth County families with children living at home.
