| Description (Service) | Provides emotional support, medical care and counselling for victims of recent sexual assault, adult survivors of sexual abuse and survivors of partner abuse. Service provides medical treatment, counselling services, collection of sexual assault and domestic violence evidence, and referral to community services. In situations of sexual assault follow-up care and court support/information also provided. |

| Public Comments | For urgent care, clients can go in person to the closest emergency department. The 24 hour on-call Sexual Assault/Partner Abuse nurse will be contacted. |
| Hours | Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Emergency service: Mon-Sun 24 hours through the Emergency Department Counselling and follow-up clinic by appointment. |

| Eligibility | Ages: 12 year(s) and up Serves women and men 12 years and older who have been physically or sexually assaulted within the past 1 year at the date of the referral. |
| Application | Call, no referral required. Emergency services 24 hours per day at the Owen Sound Hospital Emergency Department. Counselling services and follow up are offered during office hours. |
