Description (Service) Provides support and social gatherings to veterans and their families and to the community  
Annual Poppy campaign is held the last Friday in October to November 11 * Activities include tag days, a parade to the cenotaph on Remembrance Day, November 11, followed by a service at the cenotaph and comradeship at the Legion * Proceeds from the Poppy campaign are used to assist ex-veterans and their families, bursaries for education, literacy and poster contest prizes 
Loan cupboard available for anyone in the community to borrow medical equipment for temporary use * Devices include walkers and canes * Accepts donations 
Also offers: 
* weekly Bingo  
* family dinner held on the second Sunday each month, everyone welcome  
* hall and meeting rooms available for rent, in-house catering available 
* Legion Week, 3rd week in September
Service Details
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon  
Clubhouse: Mon-Fri 12 noon-10 pm, Sat 12 noon-6 pm, open longer for scheduled events 
Bingo: Thu doors open at 6 pm, play starts at 7 pm

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Membership is open to the public - must be a Canadian citizen or citizen of a Commonwealth or NATO/Wartime Allied Country  
Membership is not required for community events
