| Description (Service) | Provides support and social gatherings to veterans, their families and the community Social events include: * darts, euchre, bingo, cribbage * weekly seniors exercise * Walking Club (meet at the Legion) Loan Cupboard - medical assistive devices available for short-term loan to all community members * Mobility items such as wheelchairs * Accepts donations * Also collects pop can tabs to raise funds to assist individuals with the purchase of a wheelchair and other health care items * The general public may drop off their collection of tabs at the Legion Hall rental available |
