| Description (Service) | Offers exercise classes to community members 55 and older who wish to improve their strength, balance and flexibility, regardless of current physical ability
Offers two levels of classes:
Classes are offered by registration in the following locations. Contact the corresponding coordinator to register: Sauble Beach, Wiarton, Lion's Head, Tobermory, Meaford, Thornbury - 519-371-5331 ext 227 Hanover, Durham, Willimasford, Chatsworth, Markdale, Owen Sound (Level 1,2 and Parkinson's class), Mildmay, Teeswater - 519-371-5331 ext 250 Tara, Chesley, Port Elgin, Kincardine, Lucknow, Tiverton, Ripley - 519-371-5331 ext 427 |

| Dates | Program runs twice a week for 48 weeks of the year with breaks throughout the year (normally two weeks in Dec, one week in Mar and one week in Aug). Dates are determined by coordinators and may vary slightly each year. |
