| Description (Service) | A hospice volunteer visiting organization accredited by Hospice Palliative Care Ontario. Trained volunteers are available to assist families in the non medical care of a person living with a progressive life limiting illness at home, in hospital or long term care facility. Also offer personal and community bereavement support. |
